Level 2 Courses
When the Northern School of Game and Wildlife was given a Purdey Special Award
in 2010, the judges were keen to point out that the overall quality, practical
resources, industry contacts and experience offered at Newton Rigg was unique in
the UK.
These Level 2 'introductory' courses are run via a combination of practical and classroom work and are both 1 year full time. They can lead directly to employment in various countryside careers or may be used as a route to progression on to the Level 3 programmes.
